Thank you for supporting our slow fashion label. Every order means the world to us, and we take great care in packaging and dispatching your items as thoughtfully as we make them.

We ship from Australia 

Processing Times

As a small, independent brand, please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and pack your order. 

During busy periods (sales, new collections, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

New Zealand

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing or delays beyond our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of Australia Post. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist by lodging an investigation with the carrier.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Sustainable Packaging

We use recyclable and/or compostable packaging where possible, as part of our commitment to reducing waste in the fashion industry. We encourage you to reuse, recycle, or compost your packaging thoughtfully.

International Shipping excluding New Zealand 

At this stage, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. We’re working on offering international shipping in the near future — stay tuned!
